Medardo Cevallos is a South Florida-based mortgage broker and part owner of Home Financial Group, a brokerage established in 2002 in Oakland Park, Florida. Over more than two decades in the mortgage business, he’s closed loans across every major program — FHA, VA, conventional, jumbo, DSCR, bank statement, foreign national, condo, and commercial real estate — for South Florida buyers, investors, and families.

In recent years, Medardo has expanded his work to advocate for AI and technology adoption among real estate professionals. He builds tools his own team uses, advises realtors and brokers on AI implementation, and writes publicly about how the next generation of real estate operators can combine deep relationship work with AI-native workflows.

He is licensed Florida statewide (NMLS #305965), lives in South Florida with his wife and two sons, and is a parishioner of St. Anthony’s Catholic School.
